The staff at this hotel are truly amazing, they made our celebration so special by upgrading our room and adding thoughtful touches like cake and rose petals. the breakfast was delicious, the pool area was great for both couples and families, making our stay wonderful. the location right on the beach was perfect, and the lifeguards provided an extra sense of safety. the buffet had a wide variety of dishes, with mouth-watering desserts, and the spacious suites were a comfortable retreat. the staff was always helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

One area for improvement could be the check-in process, as we were initially given a different room than what we had booked. the issue with using a debit card for the room deposit was a bit inconvenient, requiring us to pay individually for each service.

The hotel rooms were super comfy, not crowded in early March, and the dinners were absolutely delicious with a good variety of dishes. The property was well-kept, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. However, the pool could use a bit more cleaning, but overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely return! Great vibes, awesome staff, and a top spot on the Palm! 😊

The setting on a man-made island added a touch of magic to the experience. The unique blend of traditional Arabian elements with modern luxury truly made this retreat a hidden gem worth exploring. And yes, I couldn't resist trying the camel meat dish - surprisingly delicious!

During my stay, I encountered an issue with seaweed or jellyfish in the beach area, leaving red marks and blisters on my arm. This slightly marred an otherwise fantastic stay at The Retreat Palm Mgallery.

The delectable dishes served at the hotel's restaurants are truly divine. I had the pleasure of savoring the chef's special brown wheat tabbouleh salad, and it was a taste sensation like no other. The barbeque night dinner was enjoyable. our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Retreat! the property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Mgallery provided us with warm and welcoming staff who were always ready to assist us. We enjoyed a wide range of outdoor activities for both adults and kids. While we didn't try the spa facilities this time, the spacious rooms, delicious buffet spread, and amazing pool made up for it. Breakfast was especially delightful, with a great variety of dishes. the standout was the staff member Ajmeir, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We can't wait to return!

I was disappointed to find that the sea view from my room was obstructed by a construction site, impacting my overall experience.

The Rayya Kids' Club was popping with cool activities, and the healthy summer camps were actually super fun. The Rayya Wellness Centre was next level, offering insane ways to get zen and focus on health. The Vibe restaurant had the most fire vegan options, and the staff were mad chill, making us feel like VIPs.

Yo, the only thing that would've made this lit vacation even better is if they had some sick parties for us young peeps. Like, a vibe that's more funk, less calm, you know?

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were amazing with a private beach, well-organized swimming pool, small gym, sauna and much more. We loved the variety of food at every meal, with different thematic events like seafood night, pan Asian night, and French night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed the yoga classes and other activities at the pool. The location was great, close to the sea and in an area where new hotels are being built.

I would only ask for better vacation options for senior people, perhaps offering specialized activities or excursions tailored to our needs. The children of the staff were incredibly helpful, but more senior-focused activities would enhance the overall experience.

L'hotel si trovava proprio accanto alla spiaggia, quindi era molto comodo per chi ama trascorrere la giornata al mare. La spiaggia davanti all'hotel era ripristinata e c'era molta sabbia bianca. Le camere erano essenziali ma pulite, con cambio di asciugamani ogni giorno. Il servizio era ineccepibile e lo staff era molto disponibile e sorridente. La colazione era ottima e c'era una varietà di cibi internazionali. Inoltre, c'erano molti ristoranti e snack bar disponibili, tra cui un bar vicino alla reception che serviva cocktail deliziosi.
